ORDER PREPARATION
Nicolas and Aurélie prepare your orders in our warehouse in the south of France within 24/48 hours.
During collection launches or sales periods, preparation times may be extended.

SHIPMENT
• in mainland France and Corsica:
We offer two delivery services:
- Delivery to a pickup point with Colissimo for €4.95 (the pickup point is selected after the payment confirmation page). Shipping takes 2 to 3 business days.
- Home delivery* without signature with Colissimo for €5.95. Shipping takes 3 to 4 business days.

• In Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, the Netherlands, Portugal, and Spain:
- Home delivery* with FedEx for €7.95. Shipping takes 2 to 4 business days.

*If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave your package in a safe place and you will be notified by email. Don't hesitate to contact us with any questions.

Free delivery on orders over €150 in mainland France and Europe (Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain).

RETURNS
You can return your orders within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Return shipping fees are free for size exchanges.
- Return shipping fees are free for exchanges for a store credit.
- A €2.95 return fee will be deducted for refunds.
