Once you have downloaded the return label, all you have to do is stick it on your package and drop it off at a Chronopost collection point.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return your items for a refund, exchange, or credit note. Please note that items with detached labels cannot be returned. Products must be returned in their original condition with the original packaging. They must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, unsoiled, and incomplete.

- Return costs are free in the case of a size exchange .

- Return costs are free in the case of an exchange for a purchase voucher .

- A return fee of €2.95 is deducted in the event of a return against reimbursement .

We accept returns from mainland France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Portugal, Spain .

When you return, you have the option to choose between 3 options:

- A refund of the returned part(s)

- A size exchange on the same part

- A credit in the form of a voucher valid for 1 year. Note that vouchers are bonused by €5 .

Simply fill out the return form by selecting the items you are returning and the return you would like for each item.

You may benefit from an exchange subject to availability and if the desired size is not displayed, this means that the item is out of stock.

When requesting an exchange, the new order is automatically generated when your return is processed.

In case of exchange, reshipping costs are free.

You will receive an email to notify you when your refund has been processed. Please allow 6 business days for our team to process your return and refund.

Each order is refunded to the payment method used for the purchase.
