Your order is prepared within 24/48 hours of validation, from Monday to Friday 12 p.m. (excluding public holidays).
Please note that during periods of high activity such as sales or a collection launch, the preparation times for your order may be extended.
We deliver to mainland France and the following European Union countries: Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Portugal, Spain.
- For France we offer the following delivery options:
- Home delivery with TNT at €7.95 in 1 to 3 working days (except in cases of force majeure)
- Delivery to a relay point with Colissimo at €5.95 in 2 to 4 working days (except in cases of force majeure)
- Delivery is free from 150€ of purchase regardless of the delivery method chosen.
- For European Union countries (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Portugal, Spain), we offer the following delivery options:
- Home delivery or delivery point with Fedex at €7.95 in 2 to 4 working days (except in cases of force majeure)
- Delivery is free from 150€ of purchase regardless of the delivery method chosen.

You can pay for your purchases by:

- Alma (payment in several installments free of charge, in France and the European Union)
- Gift card or voucher
- Apple Pay
All our payments are secure and we do not collect any of your payment data.
Taxes are already included in the price of the products. No additional taxes or customs fees will be charged to you by the carrier.
Indeed, the MAGIC10 code is no longer active because it will be replaced very soon by a personalized loyalty program.
But don't forget that you benefit from -10% on your first order by subscribing to the newsletter.
It is possible to cancel your order by sending us an email right here with your order number. However, if the status of your order indicates that the order has been shipped, it will no longer be possible to cancel it at this stage. You will therefore have to wait to receive it and send it back to us according to our returns policy .
Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to modify your order once it has been validated.
If you want another size or color, simply reorder.
However, if you wish to change your delivery address, this is possible if your order has not yet been shipped. In this case, write to us as soon as possible, right here, we will do our best to take your request into account!
After adding your favorite pieces and validating your basket, simply insert this code during checkout in the section dedicated to "discount codes/gift cards".
This is an E-gift card, which means you will not receive it physically at home.
Our e-gift cards are sent directly to the email address chosen when adding to the basket. You can also decide the date on which it will be sent and also add a nice little note!
Our card is valid for 1 year, on all collections visible on our site.
Each Laure+Max e-gift card comes with a unique code. To use the e-card in full or in part, simply insert this code during payment in the section dedicated to "discount codes/gift cards".
The card cannot be recredited. In the event of a return, only exchanges or credits are possible.

We prune normally. On the other hand, if certain items are oversized for example, we mention this in the description.

We do not reproduce our models during the season. On the other hand, you can always count on customer returns to see your favorite piece make a return to our site. To make sure you don't miss it, simply create an alert on the model's product sheet.
